If you have specific questions regarding Amphitheater shows, please call our box office directly at 1.414.273.2600.

Lottery System

The Box Office has implemented a random number distribution system also known as a lottery. This procedure will determine a ticket purchaser's place in line. The lottery system will be in effect for all major events during the concert season. The day a show is scheduled to go on sale to the general public, wristbands bearing consecutive numbers will be distributed to persons waiting at the Box Office beginning one hour prior to the scheduled on-sale time. Wristbands will be distributed until at least a half-hour prior to the on-sale time. The cut off time for wristband distribution will be determined by MWF management. Anyone arriving after numbered wristband distribution has been concluded will be directed to the end of the line. Receiving a numbered wristband does not guarantee a ticket, only a place in line. The Box Office reserves the right to suspend random number distribution at any time and Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. does not assume responsibility for any unforeseen technical difficulties.

Notice to Secondary Market Ticket Purchasers for all American Family Insurance Amphitheater Tickets

Notice to Secondary Market Ticket Purchasers for all American Family Insurance Amphitheater Tickets Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF) strongly urges patrons to avoid purchasing tickets from secondary markets. Secondary markets include individuals selling tickets on the street, professional ticket brokers/companies and internet ticket resale sites. The only MWF authorized secondary market is Ticketmaster's Ticket Exchange system located at Ticketmaster.com. MWF is only responsible to the original purchaser of the concert tickets as we only have a record of the sale to the original purchaser. Ticket problems for all secondary market ticket purchasers cannot be researched to establish the validity of the tickets. Therefore, if you are being denied admission because your secondary market ticket is invalid, we may not be able to assist you. If you are having ticketing issues with secondary market tickets, we will attempt to assist you AFTER the headliner begins their performance. If at that time the original purchaser has not used their tickets, we may allow you access provided you agree to leave the seats, and possibly the Pavilion, should the original purchaser arrive at a later time. Your tickets may be labeled on the back with "2nd" as an indication to the ushers that your tickets do not have first rights to the seats. If the tickets have already been used, there is nothing more that can be done by Box Office personnel. We are not able to control ticketing issues that occur outside of our Ticketmaster system. Please be advised that most venues would not offer you any assistance with secondary tickets. We are sorry for your inconvenience and encourage you to avoid the secondary market in the future. This is for your protection.
