ACCESSIBILITY
A design priority within the new $51.3 million investment in the new venue was increasing accessibility for all patrons. Features include a new seating bowl configuration increasing accessible seating at every level, a raised stage to allow for better sightlines, expanded concourses allowing for increased mobility, and more. Specific accessibility upgrades include an accessible entrance, accessible pathways as well as elevators to reach all four levels of the American Family Insurance Amphitheater.
Tickets for Accessible Seating
Tickets can be purchased at all Amphitheater Box office service windows or by calling the Amphitheater Box Office at (414) 273-2600 (voice/TTY). Online ordering of accessible seating is also available through Ticketmaster at ticketmaster.com. Availability of tickets for accessible seating include, but are not limited to people who: use wheelchairs, are blind or visually impaired or who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
- Accessible seating is available on all levels including front row seating at all price levels including floor and lawn.
- For each wheelchair space purchased by a disabled individual, three additional (“companion”) seats in the same row, contiguous with the wheelchair space shall be made available for purchase (provided they are available at the time of purchase).
- The accessible seating configuration exceeds code by all standards including additional height separation to allow for a view above someone standing in front of them.
- Distanced traveled seating accommodations at aisles with folding armrests and cup holders in all seats.
- Bariatric seating available upon request.

Ticket Fraud Disclaimer
Ticket Fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability and/or the production and use of counterfeit or stolen tickets to any event. We consider ticket fraud to be extremely serious and will take appropriate action to prevent such usage. Guests holding fraudulent tickets or misrepresenting a disability in an attempt to purchase ADA designated seats are subject to ejection without reimbursement or restoration and may be subject to legal action.
Additional Services
Amphitheater Ushers | Sign Interpreter
For most concerts, volunteer ushers are available to assist any persons who have disabilities, the elderly or those who need special assistance to their concert seats.
A sign language interpreter is available, and requests must be made in advance when purchasing these ADA tickets. Please contact the Amphitheater Box office at (414) 273-2600 for more information or make sign language interpreter requests.
Wheelchair Rental
A limited number of wheelchairs may be rented for a minimal charge (with a valid form of ID), for concerts at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater during Summerfest. Wheelchair rental stations are located on the festival grounds at the North Gate, Mid Gate, and South Gate. Please note, for each wheelchair space purchased by a disabled individual, three additional (“companion”) seats in the same row, contiguous with the wheelchair space shall be made available for purchase (provided they are available at the time of purchase).
For any shows taking place outside of Summerfest dates there will be volunteers only at the South gate to assist with checking out wheelchairs.
Elevators
There are elevators to reach all four levels of the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Elevators are located adjacent to the Guest Services Desk on the ground level underneath the north concourse. View concourse maps for exact location. View Concourse map for elevator location.
Accessible Restrooms
All restrooms at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater are ADA accessible. There are restrooms on all levels of the Amphitheater except the back of the lawn seating - however, access to the North or South concourse restrooms is available via an accessible route from the lawn. Family Restrooms
There are two large, private general-purpose unisex restrooms for families, guests with disabilities and their companions, or anyone needing a little extra room and privacy located on the 300 level of both the North and South concourses as well as one family restroom on the ground level underneath the North concourse.
Parking and Loading Zones
Accessible parking spaces are available in Lot H located directly outside of the Summerfest South Gate. Vehicles must have appropriate plates or a permit to park in accessible spaces. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-paid parking passes may be purchased at:
