The Am Fam Amp Ticket Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF’), 639 e. Summerfest Pl. Milwaukee WI 53202 and is administered by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF”), 639 e. Summerfest Pl. Milwaukee WI 53202. By participating in the Contest, participants in the Contest (each a “Participant”) acknowledge reading, and further accept and agree to be bound by these rules (the “Official Rules”). Any violation of these Official Rules by Participant may result in disqualification. All decisions by MWF regarding the Contest are final and binding in all respects.

No Purchase Necessary To Enter, Win, Or Claim A Prize. A Purchase Or Payment Will Not Increase A Participant’s Chances Of Winning.

CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest will run from 8/13/2025 10am CST through 8/17/2025 11:59pm CST. (the “Contest Period”). MWF’s server and computer clock is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry are 18 years of age or older and are not considered a minor in their state of residence. The following are not eligible to enter the Contest: (a) full-time benefited employees, agents, successors, assignees, officers, and directors of MWF and their Immediate Family (defined below); (b) employees, agents, officers and directors of MWF’s consultants, licensees, and contractors; (c) individuals employed to work at Henry Maier Festival Park during any MWF-produced event within the past two years; (d) officers, directors, agents, successors, assignees, employees and former employees of any Sponsor Entities (as defined below) and their Immediate Family; and (e) any other persons engaged with the production or the administration of any MWF-produced event or Contest. For the purpose of administering this Contest, “Immediate Family” includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings (including stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings).
HOW TO ENTER. At the outset of the Contest Period, MWF will create an Instagram and Facebook post on the @amfamamp channels containing details about the Contest to its Instagram and Facebook page (the “Post”). In order to enter, Participants must (i) “like” the Post by clicking the thumbs up like button located on the Post (liking a related post or other content such as a comment within the Post or a version of the Post shared or otherwise distributed by a anyone other than MWF is not acceptable); (ii) tag an Instagram or Facebook friend in the comment section of the Post (but not in a version of the Post shared or otherwise distributed by a anyone other than MWF); and (iii) follow the official @amfamamp Instagram or Facebook account. Upon completing subs (i), (ii), and (iii) of this Section, individuals will be automatically entered into the Contest. MWF shall provide an alternative method of entry upon request. No purchase necessary. Limit 1 entry per person. Participants who submit or attempt to submit more than 1 entry by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, or logins or through any other methods will be disqualified from participating in the Contest. Participants who submit false, untrue, misleading, inaccurate, or materially incomplete information as part of their entry into the Contest, as determined solely by MWF, will be disqualified from participating in the Contest.
USE OF PARTICIPANT NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND CONTENT. By entering the Contest, Participant grants MWF and others authorized by MWF the right, without limitation or further permission or compensation, to use and publicize the Participant’s name, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, image, voice, story, and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes in any manner in commerce and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation and without further notice or approval.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. One winner (each a/the “Prize Winner”) will be drawn randomly from eligible entries on 8/18/2025 on or after 9am CST. The odds of winning the Prize are based upon the total number of eligible entries during the Contest Period. The Prize Winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form.
PRIZE. The Prize Winner will receive [two tickets to an Am Fam Amp concert of their choice] (collectively the “Prize”). There will be no substitutions of or exceptions to the selection, including in the event the Concert does not occur through no fault of MWF or any company providing or otherwise associated with a Prize (the “Sponsor Entities”) (MWF and the Sponsor Entities are collectively the “Companies”). Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is between $200 to $450. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the Concert, and any other incidental costs related to attending the Concert and claiming the Prize. The Prize may not be substituted for cash or other prizes except by MWF, who reserve the right to substitute the Prize for cash or for any other prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners of a Prize equal to or greater than $600 will receive an IRS Form 1099 MISC reporting the actual value of the Prize received. Limit of 1 Prize per household. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. Approximate retail value is determined as of the time these Official Rules are published and may fluctuate. Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein shall be solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility.
PRIZE DELIVERY. The Prize Winner must meet all requirements for eligibility to participate in the Contest and complete, sign, and return a Statement of Eligibility, Publicity Release, and Release of Liability, and any additional documents requested by MWF (collectively, the “Required Documents”) and present a government issued photo ID prior to receiving the Prize. Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize, which may not be awarded. If Prize Winner is eligible to win a Prize, MWF shall bear the costs of such delivery. MWF is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, incorrect, illegible, or incomplete Required Documents, which may result in forfeiture, delay, or failure to deliver or receive the Prize. The Prize may also be picked up from the MWF headquarters at 639 E. Summerfest Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202. MWF will not pay any travel costs for the Prize Winner to pick up the Prize. Prizes that are not timely claimed/claimed prior to the Concert shall be forfeited.
TAXES. Any federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.
NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. No portion of the Prize is transferable or redeemable for cash. If the Prize Winner attempts to resell a Prize (or portion thereof), including online or through a ticket reseller, MWF reserves the right to immediately rescind the Prize. There are no substitutions for the Prize. If a Prize Winner would like to relinquish the Prize for any reason, they must contact MWF to coordinate a Prize drop off.
CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the Contest, each Participant releases and discharges the Companies and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Contest, including any social media or other host website and platform, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Release Entities”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”). The Prize Winner agrees that all Prizes are provided “as is” without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Participant acknowledges that if the release of liability in these Official Rules was not as broad as it is, the cost of the Contest for MWF and/or the Sponsor Entities would be considerably higher, and Participant may not have the ability to participate in the Contest. Because Participant wishes to participate in the Contest, Participant waives the right to bargain for a different waiver of liability terms. No responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omission, delays, or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government or authority. If a Participant provides an email address or posts artwork or other content during the Contest or Summerfest, it may be used for future marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes, including by the Companies, without compensation to the Participant. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social media or other online platform upon which it is administered or advertised. Except where prohibited:
1. acceptance of a Prize constitutes the consent of the Prize Winner, without further compensation, to use the name, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, image, voice, story, and likeness of the Prize Winner for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes by MWF and/or others authorized by MWF;
2. acceptance of the Prize by the Prize Winner constitutes a release of the Release Entities of any and all Claims in connection with this Contest or any Prize; and
3. the Prize Winner will be required to sign the Required Documents and provide them to MWF before receiving the Prize.
4. nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to create a relationship between the Prize Winner and Companies other than as expressly set forth herein.
5. Prize Winner is not authorized to and shall not use, recreate, or assert an interest in MWF’s trademarks, including the “Smile logo”® and the name Summerfest ®.
DISCLAIMERS. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, distorted, torn, illegible, or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at MWF’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, email service provider) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. MWF, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to pursue any remedies available, including disqualification from the Contest and any legal claims against any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of MWF. MWF further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, inclement weather, technical failures of any sort, or other force majeure events. MWF is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Contest, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this Contest based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. THE COMPANIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS CONTEST OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE.CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE MWF’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF LAW AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MWF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. If all or any part of this Contest is prohibited or regulated by the laws or regulations of a particular jurisdiction, MWF reserves the right to disqualify Participants, change, alter or modify eligibility and prize structure (including without limitation the right to limit participation in the Contest) or to suspend or cancel the Contest as may be necessary, in MWF’s sole discretion, to comply with such laws or regulations. MWF reserves the right to suspend the Concert and/or to impose any health safety measure, which shall be immediately adopted by the Prize Winner as a condition of winning the Contest. MWF reserves the right to suspend, reschedule, or cancel the Concert.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. As a condition of participation in this Contest, all Participants agree that all disputes which cannot be resolved between the Participants and the Companies, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually in a state or federal court located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. All Participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such state and federal courts and waive any rights they may have to a trial before a jury in connection with any such dispute. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket direct damages (excluding attorneys’ fees unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules) associated with participation in this Contest and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules.
MWF’S RIGHTS. MWF’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest will be final, including cancellation of this Contest or revocation of any Prizes. MWF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to alter or amend these Official Rules and its procedures in administering the Contest and to establish additional rules or procedures in the operation of this Contest should MWF, in its sole discretion, so desire.
SEVERABILITY. If any provision of these Official Rules should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or any prize documents shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
